Hurricane Sandy	3. Hurricane Sandy In October 2012, the East Coast of the United States was hit by Hurricane Sandy, including the city of Long Beach, where the Company’s corporate offices are located. For the three months ended March 31, 2013 the Company recorded capital additions related to Hurricane Sandy of approximately $0.5 million primarily related to leasehold improvements, furniture and fixtures and computer hardware. During the second quarter of 2013 (through date of filing) the Company received $0.3 million in insurance proceeds which will be recorded as a gain in that period. Based on information currently available the Company does not expect future write-offs or losses related to Hurricane Sandy.
