Subsequent events	19. Subsequent events On February 10, 2015, Philip D. Beck has informed the Company of his resignation as a Director and as the Chairman of the Board of the Company with immediate effect. In connection with Mr. Beck's resignation from the board the Company accelerated and modified various previous granted awards. The Company is presently assessing the financial impact of these accelerations and modifications but is not expecting a material impact on the 2015 financial statements.
