Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On June 30, 2022, ICF International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced it will release its second quarter 2022 earnings results after the market closes on August 3, 2022. The Company will conduct a conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on August 3, 2022, to discuss the results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
