Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE S—SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In February 2014, the Company completed the acquisition of Mostra SA, a strategic communications consulting company based in Brussels, Belgium. The purchase was immaterial to the Company’s financial statements taken as a whole. The acquisition extends the Company’s strategic communications capabilities to enhance ICF’s policy and advisory work in Europe. In February 2014, the Company announced that it had signed a definitive agreement to purchase CITYTECH, Inc., a Chicago-based digital interactive consultancy specializing in enterprise applications development, web experience management, mobile application development, cloud enablement and managed services. The purchase will be immaterial to the Company’s financial statements taken as a whole. The acquisition will add expertise to the Company’s content management capabilities and complement its digital and interactive business.
