Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 9. Subsequent Event In July 2013, the Company hired the staff of, and purchased certain assets and liabilities from, Ecommerce Accelerator LLC (“ECA”), an e-commerce technology services firm. The purchase was immaterial to the Company’s financial statements taken as a whole. The addition of ECA will enhance the Company’s multi-channel, end-to-end e-commerce solutions. Revenue Recognition
