Note 16.    Employee Incentive Plan

The Company maintains a 401(k) plan. All employees who have been employed for three months or longer are eligible to participate in the plan. Employees may contribute up to 15% of eligible compensation to the plan, subject to certain limitations. The Company has the option of matching up to 50% of the amount contributed by each employee, up to 6% of the employee’s compensation. In addition, the plan contains a discretionary contribution component pursuant to which the Company may make an additional annual contribution. Contributions vest over a five-year period from the employee’s date of employment. For the years ended December 31, 2019, 2018 and 2017, the Company made contributions of $1,189, $1,104 and $766, respectively.
