Subsequent Events

NOTE 6:- SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

The Company evaluates events or transactions that occur after the balance sheet date but prior to the issuance of financial statements to provide additional evidence relative to certain estimates or to identify matters that require additional disclosure. For its consolidated financial statements as of March 31, 2014, the Company evaluated subsequent events through May 8, 2014, which is the date the financial statements were issued.
