RETIREMENT PLAN	16. RETIREMENT PLAN Employees of the Company are covered by a defined contribution 401(k) plan sponsored by the Company. Discretionary contributions of a certain percentage of each employee’s contribution, which may not exceed a limit set annually by the Internal Revenue Service, are contributed by the Company each year and vest ratably over a five-year period. Company contributions, including administration fees paid by the Company, amounted to approximately $60,000, $60,000, and $52,000 in 2013, 2012 and 2011, respectively.
