These quarterly results were prepared in accordance with U.S. GAAP and reflect all adjustments that are, in the opinion of management, necessary for a fair statement of the results. The amounts below include a correction reflecting the reclassification of Net Income (Loss) Attributable to Noncontrolling Interest related to Evercore Asset Management L.L.C. (“EAM”) from Discontinued Operations to Net Income Attributable to Noncontrolling Interest, below Net Income on the Consolidated Statements of Operations.
