Acquisition And Transition Costs	Note 5 – Acquisition and Transition Costs The Company has recognized as an expense $601 and $1,134 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2011, respectively, and $1,280 and $2,736 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2010, respectively, as Acquisition and Transition Costs incurred in connection with acquisitions and other ongoing business development initiatives. These costs are primarily comprised of professional fees for legal and other services.
