5. Available-for-sale Securities	5. Available-for-Sale Securities Our available-for-sale securities are an investment in a marketable trading security. As such it will be adjusted to fair market value at each reporting date. The unrealized price variation will be reflected on our statement of comprehensive income (loss) as well as in our equity section of our balance sheet as an accumulated comprehensive loss. Subsequent to June 30, 2014, the Company has sold all holdings related to the security for proceeds of $147,821.
