This Company has established a sub-prime loan program for medical groups as well as having a sales force for the in-vitro diagnostics. The Company is newly established and as of May 2013 has no sales or assets. This company will become a wholly owned subsidiary of WholeHealth Products, Inc. and the anticipating completion of the deal is expected in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year.
