On May 8, 2008, Red Trail Energy, LLC (the “Company”) mailed a letter and selected financial data to its members announcing earnings information for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. A copy of the letter and financial data, which the Company is furnishing to the Securities and Exchange Commission, are attached as Exhibit 99 and incorporated by reference herein.
