Huntington, WV   December 11, 2019- Energy Services of America (the “Company” or “Energy Services”) (OTC QB: ESOA), parent company of C.J. Hughes Construction Company and Nitro Construction Services, announced that on December 11, 2019, the Company’s board of directors declared a special dividend of $0.05 per common share payable on December 31, 2019 to shareholders of record as of December 23, 2019.

We believe the announcement of this dividend shows our commitment to provide value to our shareholders based on our strong financial position.”
