Accounts Receivable The Company recorded an allowance of approximately $7.8 million and $11.5 million for expected sales discounts and allowances related to prompt pay discounts and contractual fees for service arrangements with the Company’s customers, who are primarily pharmaceutical wholesalers and distributors, as of March 31, 2019 and December 31, 2018, respectively.
