Depreciation expense on property and equipment for the three months ended March 31, 2013 and 2012 was approximately $106,000 and $167,000, respectively.

- Definition

Examples include land, buildings, machinery and equipment, and other types of furniture and equipment including, but not limited to, office equipment, furniture and fixtures, and computer equipment and software.
