Note 7 - Stock Options	NOTE 7 - STOCK OPTIONS On July 26, 2011, the 2011 Incentive Stock Option Plan (the “2011 Plan”) which provides incentive stock and non-statutory options to be granted to select employees, directors and consultants of the Company was approved by the Board of Directors and reserved 10.0 million shares of the Company’s common stock for the 2011 Plan. As of May 31, 2012, the Company has not granted any stock options under the 2011 Plan.
