ORGANIZATION	1. ORGANIZATION The accompanying consolidated financial statements include the accounts of CTC Media, Inc. and all consolidated subsidiaries (the "Company"). CTC Media, Inc., a Delaware corporation, operates the CTC, Domashny and Peretz television channels in Russia and Channel 31 in Kazakhstan. Each channel includes the operating results of its network, which is responsible for broadcasting operations, sales of network advertising, licensing and commissioning of programming, producing its programming schedule, and managing its relationships with its independent affiliates, and the respective stations that distribute the network's signal. For financial reporting purposes the Company's other less significant operating segments are included along with operations of corporate headquarters in the "All Other" category. The Company generates substantially all of its revenues from the sale of television advertising on both a national and regional basis.
