        In light of the challenging market circumstances, the Board has decided not to declare or pay dividends in the second quarter of 2015. The Board believes that the interests of stockholders are best served by ensuring the strong financial position of the Company both operationally and strategically. The Board will consider potential future dividends in light of market developments.
