        Other comprehensive income consists entirely of currency translation adjustments for the nine months ended September 30, 2010 and 2011. The increase in additional paid-in capital includes proceeds in excess of par value from exercises of stock options and stock-based compensation expense recognized in the Company's earnings (Note 9).
