The Company's financial statements reflect a preliminary allocation of the purchase price based on a fair value assessment of the assets acquired and liabilities assumed, using the best information available as of the date of these financial statements. The Company assigned $5,577 to the broadcasting license. The remainder of the purchase price was assigned to other assets acquired and liabilities assumed.</font></p></td></tr></table>
