8. Subsequent Events:

Effective on or about March 26, 2018, the Wells Fargo Customer Agreement was terminated. The Partnership engaged in futures and options trading through commodity brokerage accounts maintained at Wells Fargo. The Wells Fargo Customer Agreement was terminated because the Partnership is no longer engaged in such trading through accounts at Wells Fargo. The Partnership continues to engage in such trading through commodity brokerage accounts at Wedbush and ADM. .
