In addition, Adjusted EBITDA excludes any items related to the litigation with Google Inc., restructuring and related wind down costs, severance costs and transaction and other costs associated with mergers and acquisitions as well as all adjustments related to recording the non-cash tax valuation allowance for deferred tax assets.
