Discontinued Operations In connection with the sale of the previous international distribution business, the Company entered into a product manufacture and supply agreement (the “Supply Agreement”) with Globus, pursuant to which the Company supplies to Globus certain of its implants and instruments, previously offered for sale by the Company in international markets at agreed-upon prices for a minimum term of three years, with the option for Globus to extend the term for up to two additional twelve month periods subject to Globus meeting specified purchase requirements. During the second quarter of 2020, Globus notified the Company that it would exercise the option to extend the agreement for the second additional twelve-month period through August 2021, at which time the Company expects that the Supply Agreement will expire and revenue from Globus will discontinue. In accordance with authoritative guidance, sales to Globus are reported under continuing operations as the Company has continuing involvement under the Supply Agreement. The Company recorded $0.4 million and $0.8 million and in revenue from the Supply Agreement in continuing operations for the three and six months ended June 30, 2021, respectively, and $0.4 million and $0.9 million in cost of revenue from the Supply Agreement in continuing operations for the three and six months ended June 30, 2021, respectively. The Company recorded $0.8 million in both revenue and cost of revenue from the Supply Agreement in continuing operations for the three months ended June 30, 2020 and $1.8 million in both revenue and cost of revenue from the Supply Agreement in continuing operations for the six months ended June 30, 2020.

5. Discontinued Operations
