Restructuring	Restructuring In 2015 the Company initiated plans to close its operations in France. The Company recorded total costs of $0.6 million in the three months ended March 31, 2016 related to employee severance and related taxes in regards to this closure. On July 6, 2015, the Company announced a restructuring of its manufacturing operations in California in an effort to improve its cost structure. The restructuring includes a reduction in workforce and closing the California manufacturing facility. As of March 31, 2016, the restructuring is substantially complete. The Company incurred expenses of $0.1 million during the three month period ended March 31, 2016 related to these restructuring activities.
