14. Related Party Transactions

The Company purchases inventory from an affiliate of Squadron Capital, LLC (the “Squadron Supplier Affiliate”). David Pelizzon, President and Director of Squadron Capital, LLC, currently serves on the Company’s Board of Directors. For the three and six months ended June 30, 2024, the Company purchased inventory in the amounts of $3.2 million and $8.0 million, respectively, from the Squadron Supplier Affiliate. For the three and six months ended June 30, 2023, the Company purchased inventory in the amounts of $4.7 million and $8.3 million, respectively, from the Squadron Supplier Affiliate. As of June 30, 2024, and December 31, 2023, the Company had $7.8 million and $5.4 million, respectively, due to the Squadron Supplier Affiliate, for inventory purchases.
