SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 6 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Management has reviewed material events subsequent to the three months ended February 28, 2013 and prior to the filing of financial statements in accordance with FASB ASC 855 “Subsequent Events”. No additional disclosures are required.
