SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated all events or transactions that occurred after May 31, 2012 through the date of this filing in accordance with FASB ASC 855 “Subsequent Events”. The Company determined that it does not have any additional subsequent event requiring recording or disclosure.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
