SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 5 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Management has reviewed material events subsequent to the nine months ended February 29, 2012 and prior to the filing of financial statements in accordance with FASB ASC 855 “Subsequent Events”. No additional disclosures are required.
