Legal Matters and Contingencies	Contingency In May 2010, a lawsuit was filed against the Company and approximately twenty other ethanol plants, design firms and equipment manufacturers by an unrelated party claiming the Company’s operation of the corn oil extraction system is infringing at least one patent and that all parties have engaged in willful infringement. The plaintiff seeks injunctive relief, an award of damages with interest and any other remedies available under certain patent statutes or otherwise under law. The Company is currently defending the lawsuit with legal counsel and has asserted various defenses including that it does not infringe; that the patents are invalid; and/or that the patents are unenforceable. The Company is unable to determine at this time if the lawsuit will have a material adverse affect on the Company.
