Employee Benefit Plan	Employee Benefit Plan The Company adopted a 401(k) plan covering substantially all employees effective February 1, 2006. The Company provides matching contributions of 50% for up to 6% of employee compensation. Company contributions and plan expenses for the years ended September 30, 2013, 2012 and 2011 totaled $58,310, $72,360 and $65,495, respectively.
