Benefit Plans	Benefit Plans The Company adopted a 401(k) savings plan effective February 1, 2005, covering all of the Company’s employees upon completion of 30 days of service. Employees may contribute a percentage of eligible compensation on both a before-tax basis and after-tax basis. The Company has the right to make discretionary contributions to the plan. For the years ended December 31, 2019, 2018 and 2017, total costs incurred from the Company’s contributions to the 401(k) plan were $1.3 million, $0.0 million, and $1.0 million, respectively.
