Total lease cost, net of sublease income, was $3.8 million for the three months ended March 31, 2020 and $2.6 million for the three months ended March 31, 2019. Sublease income was $0.4 million for the three months ended March 31, 2020 and 2019. Leases that commenced in the first three months of 2020 increased operating lease right-of-use assets by $6.6 million.
