ANNOUNCES CHANGES IN CORPORATE STRUCTURE

Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, January 11, 2008 - Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE:PAC; BMV:GAP) (“the Company” or “GAP”) today announced that, pursuant to its corporate strategy, it has chosen to conduct a corporate restructuring in its subsidiaries so that the unionized employees of each of the Company’s 12 airports would be concentrated under one subsidiary, beginning in 2008. This company would be a GAP subsidiary that has the ability to continue servicing the various airports.

This initiative is being undertaken to balance the benefits received by all its employees, regardless of the size of the airport where they work.

This restructuring is being carried out by GAP pursuant to the guidelines established by federal labor laws. As a result, this process is not expected to affect working relations between the Company and its employees, as all workers’ rights, such as seniority, salaries and benefits and all working conditions outlined in the collective bargaining agreements remain in place as they were prior to the restructuring.

As of December 31, 2007, the unionized work force represented 52% of GAP’s total employees.
