Subsequent Event	16. Subsequent Event On October 18, 2018, the Company and its then Chief Medical Officer, or CMO, agreed to the transition of the role from CMO to a consultant. On October 22, 2018, the Company and the former CMO entered into a Separation and Consulting Agreement, pursuant to which the former CMO will provide consulting services to the Company for a period of up to nine months. Effective October 22, 2018, a new CMO was appointed by the Company.
