• The Company incurred $0 (February 29, 2024: $57,000) to the President of the Company in consulting fees.

• The Company incurred $15,000 (February 29, 2024: $15,000) to the CFO of the Company in consulting fees.

• The Company incurred $184 to a director of the Company in geological consulting services

• The Company incurred $4,346 in total to two directors of the Company for director fees.
