COMMITMENTS The Company has a consulting agreement with the President of the Company for corporate administration and consulting services for $9,500 per month plus goods and services tax ("GST") on a continuing basis. The Company has a consulting agreement with the CFO of the Company for corporate administration and consulting services for $5,000 per quarter plus goods and services tax ("GST") on a continuing basis. The Company has a rental agreement for a corporate office for CAD$1,100 per month plus GST. The agreement expires December 31, 2022.
