6.	RELATED PARTIES TRANSACTION
	For the nine month period ended May 31, 2019, the Company was party to the following related party transactions:

• Incurred $31,500 (May 31, 2018: $31,500) to the President of the Company in consulting fees.

• $186,464 (August 31, 2018: $171,234) was payable to the President of the Company.

• Incurred share based compensation expenses of $Nil in relation to stock options issued to a director of the Company (May 31, 2018: $43,938).

The related party transactions are recorded at the exchange amount established and agreed to between the related parties.
