6.      RELATED PARTIES TRANSACTION

For the six month period ended February 28, 2019, the Company was party to the following related party transactions:

• Incurred $21,000 (February 28, 2018: $21,000) to the President of the Company in consulting fees. 
• $191,631 (August 31, 2018: $171,234) was payable to the President of the Company.
• Incurred share based compensation expenses of $Nil in relation to stock options issued to a director of the Company (February 28, 2018: $19,523).

The related party transactions are recorded at the exchange amount established and agreed to between the related parties.
