This Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to file a copy of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of November 1, 2005, among Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Acceptance Corp., as depositor, DLJ Mortgage Capital, Inc., as seller, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as a servicer, Owen Loan Servicing, LLC, as a servicer, Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., as a servicer and special servicer, Clayton Fixed Income Services Inc., as credit risk manager and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee (the “Pooling and Servicing Agreement”), in connection with the issuance by Home Equity Asset Trust 2005-9 of Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-9.
