SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 27, 2017, we declared a quarterly distribution for the quarter ended September 30, 2017, of $0.735 per unit on all common units outstanding, totaling approximately $44.0 million, payable on November 17, 2017 to all unitholders of record as of November 9, 2017. On October 27, 2017, the ARLP Partnership declared a quarterly distribution for the quarter ended September 30, 2017, of $0.505 per unit, on all common units outstanding, totaling approximately $66.7 million, including distributions of $0.7 million to MGP with respect to its general partner interest in the Intermediate Partnership, payable on November 14, 2017 to all unitholders of record as of November 7, 2017.
