(&quot;ARH II&quot;), of which he is sole director and sole shareholder.  ARH II holds all of the outstanding shares of Alliance Resource Holdings, Inc. (&quot;ARH&quot;).  ARH, in turn, holds all of the outstanding membership interests of Alliance Resources GP, LLC (the &quot;SGP&quot;).
