During each quarter of 2014 and 2013, the board of directors of the Company declared and paid cash dividends of $0.40 and $0.25, respectively, per share of common stock of the Company, totaling $34.2 million and $21.4 million, respectively, to shareholders of record as of each quarterly record date.
