The preparation of the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB and the accompanying interim financial statements for the three months ended March 31, 2007 were not completed in sufficient time to enable the Company to complete the filing of the Form 10-QSB within the prescribed period. The Company anticipates that the Form 10-QSB will be filed on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
