Related Party Transactions	Note 2 – Related Party Transactions During the six months ending February 28, 2019, the Company paid $258,800 in salaries, including socials benefits, to two directors, compared to $236,560 for the six months ending February 28, 2018. The Company had a balance outstanding at February 28, 2019 and at February 28, 2018 of $223,645, payable to Cannabics, Inc. The advance is due on demand and bears no interest.
