PREFERRED STOCK	NOTE 8 – PREFERRED STOCK The Company is authorized to issue 15,000,000 shares of preferred stock, par value $0.001. Series A Preferred Stock The Company is authorized to issue 10,000,000 shares of Series A preferred stock, par value $0.001. On January 24, 2023, the Company issued 5,000,000 shares of its Series A Preferred Stock to Mr. Owens, valued at $82,500 for patents On March 13, 2025, the Company and Mr. Owens mutually agreed to terminate the Patent Purchase Agreement as of January 24, 2023. As part of the termination, the 5,000,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock were canceled (see Note 12). As of October 31, 2024, and October 31, 2023, the Company had 5,000,000 and 5,000,000 shares of Series A preferred stock issued and outstanding, respectively.
