5 –   Investments

As of September 30, 2011, we held only short-term investments, consisting of investments with maturities less than one year.  All short-term investments represent certificates of deposit which are expected to be redeemed in the next 12 months, and are classified as “held to maturity” and are recorded at cost.  At December 31, 2010, we held only long-term investments, consisting of investments with maturities greater than one year.  All long-term investments represented certificates of deposit classified as “held to maturity” and recorded at cost.
