Prepaid expenses and other current assets total approximately $3,068,000 and $937,000, at September 30, 2017 and December 31, 2016, respectively, and consist mainly of prepaid consulting agreement with D3M Licensing Group, advertising, prepaid insurance, prepaid slotting fees, and deposits on purchases.
