Nature of Business	1. NATURE OF BUSINESS Aldeyra Therapeutics, Inc., together with its wholly-owned subsidiaries (the “Company” or “Aldeyra”), a Delaware corporation, is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing innovative therapies designed to treat immune-mediated diseases. The Company’s principal activities to date include business planning, research and development activities, and raising capital.
