COMMITMENTS	12. COMMITMENTS As at March 31, 2021, the Company had outstanding purchase obligations of approximately $2.9 million related to inventory and property, plant and equipment purchases (December 31, 2020 – $3.2 million). As at March 31, 2021, the Company had undiscounted operating lease liabilities of $42.8 million (December 31, 2020 – $44.3 million).

The entire disclosure for significant arrangements with third parties, which includes operating lease arrangements and arrangements in which the entity has agreed to expend funds to procure goods or services, or has agreed to commit resources to supply goods or services, and operating lease arrangements. Descriptions may include identification of the specific goods and services, period of time covered, minimum quantities and amounts, and cancellation rights.
